The submission period is open and will close on February 9th, 2024, at 5:00 pm EST.
The gallery has nine (9) portrait-orientated display frames that are approx. 8' by 5'. Each frame is wrapped in digitally printed vinyl with one (1) piece of art. All art mediums are considered as long as they are suitable for reproduction in a 2-dimensional high-resolution image that can be printed on vinyl.
Only one artist or arts collective will be selected for all nine (9) pieces. Artwork can be created specifically for this call or be previous work that fits the requirements.
The artist or art collective selected to present work in The Galtway will be notified on February 14th, 2024 and contracted for twelve (12) months, currently set for March 1st, 2024, to February 28th, 2025.
The chosen artist or collective will be awarded a one-time artist fee of $2,000.

What name is befitting of this great urban alleyway transformation? We are calling on YOU to help us come up with a name! The Water Street and Main Street access to the spaces will have arched signs that welcome visitors and make the space a downtown destination!
